Our neighbor contacted us today about purchasing our Kubota b6100e 2 wheel drive. It worked fine last fall, but we have to get a new battery and cables for it to work right now. Any idea about how old it is? (or even when they were made) Is there a web site with information on them? What would be a decent price to get for it from a friend? Thank you very much!

I know that the B6100E was last built in 1984. I have a 1983 model that has served very well with few repairs. If it has been taken care of it is a good tractor for light chores. If the serial number is close to 18000, it is worth maybe $3000 max. ....
